Back in February 2025, Fellows Brewery was just a silly idea, mostly a mockery of the "millennial restaurant" trend on TikTok. It was just a couple of guys, laughs, and Sprite.

Nobody thought it would ever amount to anything.

It became less of a joke when we began deciding on a mascot, website, images and social medias...

Skip forward about two months, and there's now a logo, website, mascot, and a lot more than there was before.

We realize the unrealistic goal of starting an entire restaurant and decide to go for a food stand.

Everything was coming together. 

Fello is our amazing mascot, he is silly quirky and a bundle of joy! He is the reason Fellows Brewery is the way it is... He held the group together like glue. Through the peak and the valleys Fello was always there. 

And now we're here, dominating the food stand industry in New City, having a great time and making everyone's day just a little better through food made with love, made breadually.
