It all started with six guys, a dream, and a mutual obsession with great beer, better burgers, and truffle fries that could bring a grown man to tears.
Fellows Brewery wasn’t just built—it was forged over late nights, endless taste tests, and the kind of arguments only best friends can survive.
We wanted to create a place where everyone felt welcome, no matter who they were, where they came from, or whether they preferred their fries with ketchup or aioli (though, let’s be real, aioli is superior). We believed in equality—not just for people, but for burgers, too. No longer would the smash patty live in the shadow of the thick-cut! No longer would truffle fries be an overpriced side dish reserved for the elite!
Here at Fellows Brewery, every burger gets the respect it deserves, and every fry is treated like the golden treasure it is.
We built this place as a tribute to good times, great food, and the kind of friendships that can survive opening a restaurant together. So grab a beer, dig into a burger, and become part of the fellowship. Because at Fellows Brewery, we don’t just serve food—we serve freedom.
Dave & Ted
Meet the Fellows!
Dave is the guy who can taste a burger and immediately tell you what it’s missing. He’s the culinary brain behind the bold flavors at Fellows Brewery, constantly experimenting with new ingredients, spice blends, and menu ideas. If a dish makes you go “Whoa,” chances are Dave had something to do with it.
Ted lives and breathes hops. He’s the mastermind behind the brewery side of the operation, crafting every beer with obsessive precision and a little bit of madness. Whether it’s a smooth lager or a bold IPA, Ted ensures every pour is perfect, and often names the beers after inside jokes only the founders understand.
Ed keeps the place running behind the scenes. He’s the finance wizard who somehow makes spreadsheets look exciting and actually enjoys budgeting. But don’t let the calculator fool you. Ed also moonlights as the one who sneaks extra truffle fries onto everyone’s plate “for research.”
Gary’s the guy with the wild ideas that somehow always work. He’s the creative director behind the branding, ads, menu design, and the hilarious social media posts that made Fellows Brewery more than just a place to eat; it’s a vibe. If you laughed at a meme or got hooked by a jingle, that’s Gary’s magic. He's also the face behind our signature dish, "Gary's Penne Pasta" As an Italian he was very tied to his cultural dishes. In fact it was his idea to add pasta to our menu. Us Fellows pondered this bold decision since we mainly consisted of burgers. We came to an agreement, added this dish and also dedicated it in Gary's name. He was overwelmed with emotion. We are proud of the hard work Gary has put forth to make Fellows Brewery a better place.
If you’ve ever felt instantly welcome the moment you walked into Fellows Brewery, thank Richard. He’s the people-person of the group, running front-of-house, training staff, and making sure every guest experience feels warm, easy, and unforgettable. He remembers your name, your order, and probably your dog’s birthday.
Don’s the hands-on problem solver; the fixer, the builder, the “I got this” guy. From building custom tables to installing tap lines to figuring out why the fryer’s making that weird noise, Don’s the backbone of the operation. Every great restaurant needs a Don, and thank the food gods, Fellows Brewery has one.
Other Notable Fellows
Nikita was the face behind our "Oriental Dishes." Born in 1985 in The Oriental City Of Sayonara, Japan, he loved to cook. But when he moved to America in 2011, he began feeling homesick as he was 6739 miles away from Sayonara. Straight from his homeland, we selected several dishes that would make him feel as if he had never left. He was delighted to see these new additions to our menu, and he started dancing and playing his flute. We were glad to put a smile on our friend's face.
